FUJIFILM Biotechnologies has announced a planned leadership transition as the company enters its next phase of execution and sustainable growth. Maja Pedersen has been appointed President, in addition to her role as Chief Operating Officer, as Lars Petersen transitions from President and CEO to Strategic Advisor, through the end of September 2026.
