Nobu Otsuka joined FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in June 2023 when he transferred to Research Triangle Park, NC. He leads the Corporate Planning function and serves as the Board Secretariat. Corporate Planning drives the design and effective operation of a governance framework centered on the Board of Directors. He also serves as the single point of contact for FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation and Fujifilm in general. 

Prior to moving to North Carolina, he was responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions and PMI (Post Merger Integration) activities in the Corporate Planning Department of FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation from 2017 to 2023.
