Lauren W. Collison, Ph.D., leads the Operational Excellence and Kaizen organization. In this role, Lauren leads a team driving continuous improvement, performance management and analytics, and enterprise initiatives to strengthen execution across the Company’s global network. She builds systems that connect strategy to disciplined execution and empowers teams closest to the work. Lauren joined FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in June 2025 as the Global Head of Innovation.
She has more than 15 years of experience spanning scientific research, innovation, operations, and advanced therapies manufacturing. Lauren holds a Ph.D. and B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and began her scientific career as a post-doc researching immune regulation at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
