Christiane Bardroff

Christiane Bardroff was appointed Chief Business Officer effective June 1, 2026. In this role, she will serve on the FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Executive Leadership team. Christiane will be based in Germany, and she will lead the global Commercial, Program Management, and Strategic Business Development, Marketing and Sales Support teams. Christiane has more than 19 years of experience in the biotechnology industry with international experience in operational, commercial, and expansion leadership roles at Roche, Teva Biotech and Rentschler Biopharma. She holds degrees in Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering from both the University of Emden, Germany, and Hangzhou University of Applied Science in China.
