Christiane Bardroff

Chief Business Officer, Advanced Manufacturing and Development Business Unit

Christiane Bardroff leads the Advanced Manufacturing and Development Business Unit for FUJIFILM Biotechnologies. In this role, she leads a cross-functional team that brings together innovation, process development, marketing, commercial enablement, as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial supply for 2K to 5K for our sites in College Station, TX, and Research Triangle Park, NC in the US as well as our site in the United Kingdom. Christiane joined FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in June 2026 as Chief Business Officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry with international experience in operational, commercial, and expansion leadership roles. She holds degrees in Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering from both the University of Emden, Germany, and Hangzhou University of Applied Science in China.
