Maja Pedersen

Maja is responsible for site operations, supply chain, quality, process development and global manufacturing science and technology (MSAT) for the global FUJIFILM Biotechnologies network. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in the life sciences and biopharma space holding senior leadership positions in quality assurance and control, regulatory affairs and external manufacturing. 

Maja returned to FUJIFILM Biotechnologies from Biogen where she last served as Global Head of External manufacturing, overseeing the entire CDMO network. She has experience with successful start-up of large scale manufacturing capabilities ensuring commercial manufacturing licenses for a number of life changing products with both FUJIFILM Biotechnologies and Biogen. Maja drives culture with a strong focus on the patents with a firm belief in quality as an enabler, resulting in strong ownership of responsibilities across multiple functions.
