Arif Haq

Arif Haq was appointed Global General Counsel effective January 20, 2026. In this role, he will serve on the FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Executive Leadership team. He will be based out of Morrisville, North Carolina, and he will lead the legal teams based in Denmark, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He will also fulfill responsibilities to FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation as Division General Counsel, CDMO.

Arif has more than 25 years in corporate law and experience in the pharmaceutical sector. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University and a law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
